As women, our daily lives are full of things that often take priority over ourselves. Our families, our work, our home, all take an intangible piece of us that leaves us sometimes feeling less than the sum of our being. The unrealistic perfection we see on television and magazines also doesn’t help our own self image. As a 30 something mom of 2 running a full time photography business, who feels lucky if I’ve managed to find time to brush my own hair in the mornings, trust me I know exactly how it feels. This is why I truly believe boudoir is a gift that every woman should give to themselves no matter their age or dress size. Boudoir is so much more than taking sexy photos for a spouse or significant other (that’s just a added bonus), but it’s first and foremost a gift for yourself. It's about helping woman embrace and love the bodies they were born with. To un-apologetically celebrate and embrace our own uniqueness, femininity and sexuality. And most of all, about bringing back the focus on you and encapsulating the beauty that has always been there but sometimes buried beneath the surface of this thing we called life.

I pride myself on the ability to make my subjects feel comfortable and beautiful in front of my camera. My mission is to inspire woman to celebrate the bodies they were born with through intimate portraiture. Let yourself by reminded of what you truly are. Beautiful.
